### Dosing Unit Technology – How It Works:

###### Filling

The unit is filled via a vacuum generated by compressed air. Electrodes in the lid control system stop filling when the desired level is reached.

###### Dosing

Overpressure is created in the pump with compressed or protective gas, allowing precise metal dispensing through the riser pipe.

 

The control system records vacuum during filling and overpressure during dosing, aiding troubleshooting if needed.
