We only collect personal data of relevance to STØTEK A/S.
We always comply with all relevant regulations during collection, processing and use of your personal data.
We will only store your personal data for as long as we are legally obliged or for as long as it is relevant for the purpose for which it was collected.
We collect this information
We register the following personal information for external partners, supplier etc.: your name, job-title, email address, phone, collection of cookies via our web-side & link in as well as generally personal information about employees for use of salary payment.
The data controller is responsible for the collection, processing, and correct use of your personal data.
Basis and purpose of data processing
STØTEK A/S has the necessary and only the necessary data registered to be able to comply with Danish legislation, (collective) agreements and social responsibility for employees.
• To ensure correct contact data (necessity for registration for ERP-system and not delete afterward as the log is necessary for trade history).
• When using our web-side & link in profile, cookies are used for the purpose to make target for marketing and traffic measurement.
Other recipients of personal data
We have entered into data processor agreements with our data processors which is our guarantee that they comply with current rules regarding the protection of your personal data.
No personal information will be sold to others / third part.
As a data subject, you have certain rights for which we must ensure compliance at any time. You are entitled to ask us for the following:
• To have insight to how registered personal data is collected and processed
– To have access to and to rectify your personal data
• To have your personal data erased
