The roof with the heating elements can be lifted with the included hydraulic power supply, on the Dosotherm 1200C. The lid also swings, giving full access to the holding bath for cleaning and filter changes. |

A blown ceramic gate filter (20ppi) can be attached directly to the pump well. Typical filter life has been shown to be 4—12 weeks, depending on the cleanliness and type of alloy used. Replacing a filter is typically a 20 minute task, and can be schedule to coincide with PM maintenance. |
