The Dosotherm is designed to back tilt for easy alloy changes. However, if frequent alloy changes are made, then multiple furnaces may be more suitable. The auto pour systems can work in tandem, doubling the speed of pouring. |

Control of the dosing pump is via an Allen Bradley PLC. Both the pouring speed and the time are controlled and up to 8 adjustments can be made to the pouring speed per dose. The furnace temperature is controlled with a PID digital controller. |
